1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available to customers who purchase a selected Hisense TV product from a participating retailer between 17th June 2020 and 21st July 2020 and have submitted a valid claiming within the claim period.

2. What is the closing date for claims?
All claims must be received by Midnight on 16th August 2020. After this date the claim page will close, and no further claims will be accepted.

3. How and when do I get my cashback?
Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated and if successful, you will receive an email confirming your cashback is on its way. Please allow up to 28 days for bank transfer from the date of the promoter’s approval confirmation email.

4. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
If you have not received your gift in the time set out please contact us and we will look in to this for you.

5. I cannot locate the retailer I purchased my appliance from on the dropdown list, what do I do?
If the retailer you purchased your product from is not showing on the dropdown box, please enter the name of your retailer in the ‘Other Retailer’ section.
